Sounds like a dumb question, I know.. but does your online job search usually involve looking up job postings on Monster.com, or by going to Timesnews.net, the johnsoncitypress.com, or other local newspapers, to look for job postings?

We have all done it - we logged onto some job posting website somewhere and we have uploaded our resumes, in the hopes that a perfect company with a perfect job opening will contact us immediately, saying that they cannot go another day without having us join their team! 
Last post, we talked about how recruiters and companies now use LinkedIn to find new employees. I assume by now you have your LinkedIn profile set up.. :)
